WeiiSafe Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

WeiiSafe is made by C2S4 LLC ("we", "us"). By using the WeiiSafe app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. How WeiiSafe handles data is described in the WeiiSafe Privacy Policy.

What WeiiSafe is

WeiiSafe shows travel safety information for a country or a city: travel advisories, safety ratings, local safety tips, embassies and consulates, emergency numbers and things to know before you go. It has no account and no in-app purchases.

Information, not advice

WeiiSafe is for general information only. It is not legal, medical, travel or safety advice, and it does not tell you whether it is safe to travel. Conditions change quickly, and what WeiiSafe shows may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including information it saved on your phone to show when you have no connection. Before you travel, check your own government's advice and the official sources for your destination, and use your own judgement.

Emergencies

WeiiSafe is not an emergency service and cannot call for help for you. The emergency numbers and embassy details it shows can be wrong or out of date. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services directly.

Sources

• US Department of State: country information and travel advisories come from the US Department of State's public information at travel.state.gov. It is written for US citizens: its entry, exit, visa and embassy information may not apply to you if you travel on another passport. Check with your own government.
• Safety ratings combine several published sources, which WeiiSafe names on its Sources & disclaimer screen.
• Local safety tips are written with the help of AI, and may contain mistakes.

WeiiSafe is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government. These sources keep their own licences and terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of their content to us or to you.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the app or our servers, attempt to disrupt them, or access them unlawfully.
• Don't copy WeiiSafe's information in bulk or make automated requests to our servers.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C2S4 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of WeiiSafe, or from relying on the information it shows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
